Trust Services

What is a trust?

A trust is a written document used to communicate your desires for your assets at specific times or events in life. Most common, the Revocable Living Trust (RLT) is used for estate planning to simplify the administration of your estate in the event of your death or disability. Properly drafted and funded, the RLT can help ease the burden on your heirs and avoid the probate court process after the death of a loved one.

There are also many other different kinds of trust, which include:

  • Charitable Remainder Trusts
  • Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts
  • Credit Shelter Trusts
  • Special needs trusts
