of the body, mind and soul

Why FMF FiT?

At FMF Financial Services, we talk a lot about Stewardship Well Done. We often focus on financial stewardship, but the journey of Stewardship Well Done applies to everything the Lord has provided, including our bodies.

What Are Classes Like?

FMF FiT classes are best described as “active worship”. They are grace-filled and life-affirming workouts that celebrate the fact that we are “fearfully and wonderfully made” (Psalm 139).

Fitness Coach

Richard Morton first began to exercise regularly in his late 50’s in response to a doctor’s warning. Since finding his passion for fitness, Richard has competed in over 40 kettlebell competitions and works out over 70 clients on a weekly basis.

is a ministry

dedicated to helping people find physical and spiritual wholeness through stewardship of the mind, body and soul.

The Apostle Paul states, “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, therefore honor God with your bodies.” I Corinthians 6:19-20

Our classes have taught us that physical fitness is much like GRACE – it is offered freely, but it is up to us to first accept the gift and then work daily to cultivate and strengthen it.

FMF FiT For You
